Pijjas started the way all good pizza stories do, with flour flying and big ideas rising. 

Param and Jaspreet took one look at their shared obsession with authentic Neapolitan flavour and thought, why not make it official. They combined their names, their skills, and a serious respect for good dough, and Pijjas was born. 

From day one, the mission was simple. Create the a new home of authentic Neapolitan flavour. Blistered crusts, bold toppings, and pizza that speaks for itself. 

But they also wanted something more than just great slices. They wanted a place that feels warm, welcoming, and a little bit addictive in the best way.
